Every person in the exhibition needs to wear a name badge in order to get access. This includes, besides the regular staff from the exhibitor’s company, hired staff as e.g. hostesses, bar and service personnel etc. For security reasons, stand personnel must wear their name badges at all times.
Every exhibitor will receive a registration link by end of May. Via this link you will be able to edit your registrations.

For security reasons, stand constructors only get access to the hall with constructor badges that must be worn at all times during set-up and dismantling.
Access to the Fairgrounds for trucks, vans or private cars, which are used for delivery of stand material only, is possible via “Ave. Carrer des Alts Forns” – Gate 5 / North access.
Contractors should register online at the new registration platform and print their badge at home or just have it ready in their mobile devices to access to the venue.
- all contractors should have either their badges printed or in their mobile device every time they have to access the venue.
- Contractors badges give access only during build up and break down, no access during the congress days
- Drivers need a contractor badge as well

Each exhibitor is entitled to a number of complimentary exhibitor badges in accordance with the size of the exhibition stand as stated in the table below.

Each co-exhibitor is entitled to 2 complimentary exhibitor badges indicating the name of the co-exhibitor’s company. These badges entitle the holder to attend the exhibition (including access before the official opening hours), the opening ceremony and welcome reception but not the scientific sessions.
Additional exhibitor badges can be ordered until 16 August 2022 and will be charged with 10€ per badge plus statutory sales tax according to European regulations.
After 16 August 2022 all complimentary badges that are not claimed will be forfeit. All additional badges which are ordered on-site will cost 35€ per badge plus statutory sales tax according to European regulations.
Replacement of lost badges incurs 50€ as an administrative charge. An amount of 25€ will be reimbursed if the lost badge is found and returned. There will be no refund on the last congress day, Tuesday.
Kindly consider that all exhibitor badges have to be paid onsite at the latest, even last minute orders at the counter. An accordant invoice will be forwarded to the invoice address mentioned on the stand reservation form. Please let us know the PO number as soon as possible if necessary.
The exhibitor will be supplied with a link to the exhibitor registration webpage for submitting the corresponding names by Interplan.
The online registration must be completed NOT LATER THAN 16 August 2022.
Cancellations received after 30 July 2021 cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.
Badges will not be sent in advance. They can be collected onsite at the exhibitor registration desk in the registration area. This counter will be open as follows:

Admission to the scientific programme
Please refer to the ERS congress website, which provides further information and time schedules of the meeting sessions and social events.
The organisers retain the right to alter the programme and timings without prior notice.
Please note that exhibitors will not be permitted to enter the scientific sessions of the meeting unless they register as active participants or active exhibitors.
