Exhibition set-up, subject to change:
for stands >80 sqm 08:00 – 21:00
for stands <80 sqm from 13:00 – 21:00

08:00 – 17:00 (afterwards carpet will be laid, decoration works on the stand still possible until 20:00, but no heavy machinery).

Extra set-up day: Wednesday, 31 Aug available from 08:00 – 21:00 on request via o.heinke@interplan.de for 2,800€/day
Night set-up: Only on request from 21:00 – 07:00 on each day of set-up. The costs are 300€/hour/exhibitor and it can be ordered via o.heinke@interplan.de

Attention! Due to the surrounding residential neighbourhood noise is prohibited between 10pm and 7am!

Exhibition dismantling (subject to change)
18:00 – 21:30 

> light dismantling* from 18:00, no heavy machinery until approx. 19:30 to avoid noise disturbance in the session halls underneath the exhibition hall.

> night dismantling is possible on request and may come with extra cost.

> No lorry traffic allowed from 22:00 – 08:00

*Light dismantling means that you can start to pack brochures, put together furniture on your booth etc. from 17:00 on. However, the aisles need to be kept clear. From 17:30 until 19:00 the workers will take out the floor carpet. The ordered shell scheme stands will be dismantled from 17:30, please make sure to take your valuables with you.The hall gates open at approx. 19:00 to allow access for heavy machinery as forklifts, cherry pickers, etc. SCHENKER will deliver the empties, boxes and crates also from 19:00. The delivery of all the crates may take another 2-3 hours. Please bear this in mind when planning your flights.

Attention! The beginning of the dismantling time is often a very sensitive time for objects either being stolen or taken by mistake from neighbouring stands. We therefore strongly recommend to make sure that someone from your stand team remains at the booth until your construction team arrives, your valuable objects are packed and/or border security is hired. The ordered shell scheme stands and furniture will be dismantled from 12:00 on, please make sure to take your valuables with you. All exhibits, stand fitting and/or other stand material should be removed by 21:00 on 7 September 2022. Exhibitors will be held liable for any charges occurred by materials remaining in the halls after the time mentioned above. In addition, they will be held liable for any resulting venue hire costs.
